Volunteer Transportation to Opening Ceremonies

All Volunteers for the Ontario Winter Games are invited to attend the Opening Ceremonies taking place on Thursday, March 4 at 7pm at the Muskoka Wharf in Gravenhurst. Because parking will be at a premium we are arranging shuttles buses for our Volunteers who wish to attend this event. School buses will be leaving promptly from the following locations:

Bracebridge: Canadian Tire Store at 6:00 pm
Bala: Glen Orchard Public School at 6:00 pm
Huntsville: Walmart at 5:30 pm

Shuttle buses will depart after the conclusion on the ceremonies.

by Tuesday, March 2, 2010, indicating the location that you will be leaving from and your name. Please remember your volunteer accreditation badge to gain entrance into the event. If you have not yet received your accreditation badge please indicate that in your email. Do dress appropriately as this is an outdoor event. Hope to see you there!
